Formerly a Group Executive, he led ASX-listed RXP and was a founding owner of Seisma before its acquisition by Liverpool Partners in 2020.
Robert leverages strong commercial skills and extensive experience in strategically growing and developing technology businesses to lead Seisma’s growth journey.

With global experience in project and business management, Heath is a seasoned professional in business and technology transformation.
Heath joined Seisma in 2021 when the company he co-founded was acquired, bringing with him diverse experience from roles across Australia, China, and Dubai.
With 24 years of experience, he’s driven transformation for large corporations and private enterprises, delivering sustainable improvements for global clients in sectors like financial services, telecommunications, insurance, property development, recruiting, aviation, and recreation.
A passionate advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality, Heath also leads Seisma’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, championing initiatives in Carbon Neutrality and Community Giving.

Our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Chris, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Joining Seisma in April 2021 with extensive experience in the technology sector, Chris spent several years at ASX-listed RXP Services Limited.
Prior to RXP, he was a Senior Manager in the Business Assurance division at Grant Thornton, advising ASX-listed and global enterprises across Australia and the UK.
Chris ensures our financial operations align with our growth strategy and oversees our Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
