What recent project or achievement are you most proud of, and what impact has it had on the team or business?
I’ve been lucky to work on lots of projects during my time here, and each one has taught me something valuable. Most recently, I was involved in the Pallion project, where we managed to really enhance the business experience. The use cases we delivered made day-to-day operations run much more smoothly, which was a big win both for the client and for us as a team.
What’s your favourite part of your role, and what keeps you passionate about working at Seisma Group?
Two things really stand out for me: first, being on the front line of communication with clients — I love building those relationships and seeing the direct impact of our work. Second, the trust and freedom Seisma leadership gives me to try new methods and approaches. Having that space to experiment, learn, and grow is what keeps me excited about my role every day.
Can you share a tech tip, tool, or shortcut that’s made your work easier or more fun?
In one project, I built a smart orchestration pipeline that transformed the way we handled data. It allowed us to move towards a near real-time platform, even though the data volumes were huge and impossible to process every 15 minutes with traditional methods. It was a game-changer for efficiency and taught me how creative problem-solving can really push boundaries.
What’s something about you outside of work that might surprise your colleagues?
Outside of work, I actually love making my own clothes. Funny enough, I started with the dream of making dresses… but somehow ended up with a whole wardrobe of pants instead! Turns out I’m better at debugging seams than writing patterns.
If you could work on any dream project, no limits, what would it be and why?
My dream project would combine my tech skills with my creative side — an AI-powered fashion line that designs and tailors clothes instantly. It would mix my love for data and innovation with my hobby of sewing, and maybe finally save me from turning every “dress project” into pants!
