Who is Campari Australia

Gruppo Campari, founded in 1860, is a leading player in the global branded beverage industry with a portfolio counting more than 50 premium and super premium brands spreading across Global, Regional and Local priorities. The Group is today the 6th largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry, and our products are marketed and distributed in more than 190 countries in the world.

Campari's challenge

Campari has a large number of retailers who are eligible for different levels of discounts and cashbacks, dependent on volume of stock that they pick up regularly. These discounts and cashbacks are claimed back by the retailers periodically. This requires a significant amount of checking and reconciliation. To track and reconcile data related to sales campaigns, Campari uses a custom application, which utilises ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL.

The solution

Campari Australia have outsourced the support and engagement of this application to Seisma because of our specialisation in Microsoft and our understanding of the business.

  • Support of the database and User interface layer, including help desk, triage and escalation management;
  • Proactive support services, including backlog management and prioritisation;
  • Proactive monitoring of the applications performance and stability; and
  • Release management
